1. Educational Platform and Disclaimer

Inventor Shortcut is an educational platform for independent inventors. We are educators, not attorneys. Nothing in our courses, community, worksheets, templates, live coaching calls, or emails constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. Always consult a licensed patent attorney or agent before filing any patent application or making legal decisions regarding your intellectual property.

2. Accounts and Community Access

Access to our community and discussion areas is hosted on Skool. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate community access for any user who violates community guidelines, acts disrespectfully toward peers, or shares unsolicited marketing material (spam).

3. Purchases, Payments, and Subscriptions

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a course or subscribing to a membership tier, you agree to pay the fees specified at checkout.

• Flagship Courses & System: Individual courses are priced at $497, and the Complete System is $1,497. These include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund by emailing inventorshortcut@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
• Subscription Tiers: Our monthly community subscription is priced at $147/month. Annual subscription is $997/year. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, worksheets, PDF guides, templates, videos, and branding elements (including the Inventor Shortcut logo) are the intellectual property of Richard Brogan. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own personal educational purposes. You may not distribute, resell, or publicly share our templates, course videos, or worksheet files without our explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide our educational materials "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that using our strategies will lead to a granted patent, a successful licensing deal, or any financial return. Any business or legal decision you make is at your own risk. In no event shall Inventor Shortcut or Richard Brogan be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the site or materials.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our site and services after any changes indicates your agreement to the new Terms.
